About Netpro

NETPRO Renewable Energy (India) Pvt Ltd., is a leading supplier of "Biomass Gasification Systems", both for 'Electrical Power Generation' and 'Thermal Applications'. Netpro has built 'Biomass Gasification Plants' of different capacities for Rural, Urban and Industrial projects, both in India and Overseas. NETPRO was established in the year 1994, promoted by 'DASAG Energy Engineering Limited', Switzerland.

NETPRO makes 'New and Renewable Energy Technologies' commercially viable and contribute towards faster change-over from dependence on Fossil Fuels. NETPRO designs plants for 'Long Life' and 'Long Running Hours' of annual operation with 'Low Maintenance'. Stringent quality norms are followed at all levels.

Netpro can Design and Supply Biomass Gasification Plants of any capacity to meet specific requirements of the customer.

Vision

Help to generate affordable Green, Clean Power

Promote setting up of large number of Small, Decentralised, Biomass Gasification based 'Power Plants' in Semi Urban / Rural areas throughout India. This will help to increase Agricultural Activities / Industrial Activities in Semi Urban and Rural areas, which, in turn will increase 'Earning Opportunity' to local people and will strength the local economy.

To motivate Industries which are using Fossil Fuels like Diesel / LPG / LDO etc. for their heating applications to 'switch over' to environmental friendly 'Producer Gas' and to offer Economical Solution.

To encourage 'Independent Power Producers' (IPP) to set up power plants using Biomass Gasification Technology and to provide 'A Complete Solution'.

Experience

NETPRO's first plant of 100 kWe in Dual Fuel mode commissioned during 1996 at Orchha, Bihar has completed more than 40,000 hours of operation and is perhaps globally the longest running Biomass Gasifier Power Plant.

Power Plant at MVIT, Bangalore, operated "Round the Clock" and logged over 20,000 hours of operation in three years.

Power Plant of 'DESI Power' at village Baharbari, Bihar, is being operated and managed by local youths trained by NETPRO / DESI Power. NETPRO has supplied three more power plants to DESI Power, which are being used for Village Electrification, Irrigation applications etc in different villages of Bihar.

NETPRO has supplied a fully automated Power Plant of 400 kWe capacity to Switzerland through DASAGREN, meeting all European standards. This is a skid mounted plant and is in regular operation with a pure gas engine.

NETPRO has supplied and commissioned three numbers of "Grid connected" power plants in the range of 100kWe to 240kWe in Karnataka.

NETPRO has recently exported a 50 KWe Power Plant to Philippines.

NETPRO has supplied a 1.5 MWe Power Plant (using German Gas Engine) to a customer in Kolkata. Erection and Commissioning activities are going on at present. The waste heat of the plant will be used in a VAM for the purpose of 'Air-conditioning', laundry and biomass drying.
