Our experience

Our first plant of 100 kWe in DF mode was commissioned during 1996 at Orchha. Has completed more than 35,000 hrs of operation. In 2004 a 100% pure gas engine of 50kW installed in the power plant. The gas engine has completed more than 4000 hrs of operation till Dec’ 2007.

Together with our sister company DESI Power, we have built & operated power plants over thousands of hours to debug all the elements of the power plant that affect its reliability, performance & economics

Through our promoter partner DASAG in Switzerland, we were also lucky to export the first gasifier which was thoroughly tested by international teams.

Our power plant at MVIT College, Bangalore operated round the clock and crossed over 20000 hrs of operation in 3 years & economics.

Power plant supplied at VIT, Vellore is in regular operation and it has reached approx.18,000 hrs of operation so far. 

Our village plant at Baharbari village of DESI Power is being operated and managed by the local youths trained by us. After success of Baharbari project, DESI Power has launched a 100-Village program, where 100 gasifier plants of 75/120 kWe range with gas engine will be setup within 4- 5 years time. 

We have also supplied 3 new power plants of 75kWe each for the village application to DESI Power.

Netpro has also supplied a fully automated plant of 350 /400 kWe capacity in Switzerland through Dasagren which meets all European standards. Gasifier plant is skid mounted and is in regular operation.

Netpro has supplied a 300kW (1x100kWe + 1x200kWe) plant to BERI at Tumkur Dist. for village development, where power is being supplied to the grid.

In the 2nd phase of BERI program, Netpro also received a repeat order from them for supply of 2x240kWe grid linked power plants at 2 different locations. Order was received through an open tender. Both power plants have been commissioned successfully. Netpro has responsibility to operate the plants for 1 year and thereafter plant will be managed and operated by the villagers.
